PREQUALIFICATION PROCESS:
The first step in deciding on a home is
to determine how much you can afford to buy. Our prequalification program
not only estimates that amount but also selects a mortgage to fit your
needs. Picking the right loan program can maximize your purchasing power
and save you thousands of dollars. The prequalification form contains
our application to see just how much you can afford to buy.
PRE-APPROVAL SERVICE:
This service will take the process a step
further. By providing specific documents together with a formal application,
we can actually approve your loan - generally within 24 hours - before
you start house hunting.
The following must be provided:
1. A completed application.
2. Your most recent pay stub and last 2 years W2 Forms.
3. Most Recent bank statements for 2 months for all accounts.
4. Self - employed individuals must provide copies of their last two
years personal and business tax returns as well as a year to date profit/loss
statement and Balance sheet prepared by your accountant.
5. For VA applicants, we will need your Certificate of Eligibility.
A statement of service is required to order this certificate.
With this information in hand,
we will be able to run appropriate credit reports, complete employment
references by phone, and complete income and credit underwriting for you.
You will be provided with a written loan commitment based on a maximum
interest rate and loan amount.
